We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 7 days upon delivery – with an E-RECEIPT, ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNDAMAGED and UNUSED. White Almonds reserves the right to examine the products to validate the return.
Email info@white-almonds.com or call us +971 4 457 0401 with your transaction number. If the item is defective or damaged, we offer a courier collection within the United Arab Emirates. NOTE there is a charge for this service (charge will vary with the size/volume of the return/exchange item) and this will be deducted from your refund amount. In all other cases, the buyer can return the items to the White Almonds office.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
All Refunds/Exchanges request outside UAE, buyers are responsible for the return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice. We will refund your payment as soon as we have received and check the item(s) back from you.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation of their records.
